Why connect with One Times You?

I neglected myself. My needs, my wants and found myself disconnected from my mind and body. I didn't consciously care for my body - skincare, clothing, food. My mind was a mess constantly filled with bad thoughts and a negative inner critic eating at my self-confidence. Until I realised no one is going to make me or my life better. I started to work on myself and put me first for once.

Now I want to give that gift to you. There is only one You. You need to take care of yourself - your wants, your needs and connect consciously with your renewed and restored mind and body.

Why the name "One Times You"?

Mathematically, anything multiplied by 1 is itself, therefore,
